Beverage buffer tank equipment

The beverage buffer tank equipment is introduced as follows: 

The liquid storage device is composed of a planetary gear box with a cycloid pinion, a stirring blade, a thermometer and the like.



The inner lining is made of 304 stainless steel plate material with polished surface;

The middle layer is discolored, made of stainless steel, and cold or hot water flows from bottom to top to achieve the best temperature;

The cotton insulation layer casts stainless steel into fish scales, and the insulation layer uses polyurethane grease or glass wool to maintain a temperature difference with the outside world to achieve the insulation effect; 

The reducer pendulum pin wheel is fixed on the top of the cylinder, and the reducer outlet shaft is connected by stirring and connected by a circuit to facilitate disassembly and cleaning;

Inspection nozzles, designed for cleaning and maintenance;

The thermometer is installed on the top of the cylinder to extend the minimum position of the medium to use more liquid material. The lower position indicates the temperature and reaches the optimal temperature.

 

Buffer tank specifications:

Buffer tank equipment volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 800L, 1000L, 1500L, 3000L, 5000L, etc., can be customized according to customer needs;

Buffer tank equipment material: made of 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel and polished with high precision, no sanitary dead angle, and can withstand the corrosion of some organic solvents, safe and pollution-free, beautiful;

Structural form: mainly vertical and horizontal, closed with inspection port and opened with lid;

Interface shape: The interface adopts international universal standard fast-loading flange type or flange type to meet different customer needs; 

Water tank configuration (optional): inspection port, liquid level indicator, respirator, CIP cleaning ball, thermometer, process nozzle, water inlet and outlet valves, etc .
