The barrel water equipment is filled with a fully automatic control system. The working process is as follows:

    Washing:Rinse the bottle through five steps, the first step and the second step are rinsed and disinfected with chlorine dioxide, the third step is rinsed, the fourth step is rinsed with pure water, and the fifth step is dried;


    Filling:The cleaned bottle is transported by the bottle cleaning transmission mechanism, falls on the bottle pushing rack, the bottle pushes the cylinder, the empty bottle is pushed to the filling position, the gas valve is started, and the filling is started. The filling time is adjusted by the user's needs;


    Capping:After the filling is completed, the next filled bottle is used to send the filled bottle into the processing cap mechanism, the capped bottle is sent to the pressing mechanism, and the pressing cylinder has been used for the cap. 

    At this point, a filling process is complete.

The barreled water filling equipment adopts advanced OMRON programmable controller to control the equipment to run automatically. The bottle chain is adjusted with a frequency converter to stabilize the bottled operation in cooperation with the main frequency converter. Through the photoelectric detection of the luck of each component, the degree of automation is high and the operation is simple.


On this basis, the automatic filling production line can change the filling method to form a low vacuum filling method. The low vacuum filling method is suitable for glass bottles, filled with alcohol, etc. The sealing method can choose aluminum metal forged shell and plastic shell, which is an ideal choice for beverage manufacturers.
