Bottled water production process equipment operation

Bottled water production process equipment operation:

1.Production personnel should check whether the bottled water equipment is operating normally and whether the parameters are within normal values before production.


2.Turn on the ozone generator.

①Before starting, make sure that the original water pump is turned on, the two valves on the front and back of the system are turned on, and the switches in the power distribution box are closed.

②Turn the booster pump knob on the power distribution box to turn on the booster pump. 

③Turn the mixing pump on knob on the power distribution box to turn on the mixing pump. 

④Turn the ozone system knob on the power distribution cabinet to turn on the ozone system. Then, click the oxygen button on the generator cabinet, and then click the ozone button. 

⑤Open the valve of the drain line of the bottled water filling equipment. 

⑥After the ozone generator is started for 15 minutes, bottled water can be produced.


3.Turn on the printer. Adjust the date to the date of full production.

①Close the power supply knife of the printer. 

②Turn on the printer power button.

③Remove the ink cartridge and thinner cover of the printer and replace it with the cover when the printer is working. 

④Turn on the ink supply button and proceed to the next step after the ink supply is completed. 

⑤Turn on the print button.

⑥Check whether the parameters of the printer are within the normal range.


4.Staff in all positions are in place.

5.Open the water inlet valve.

6.Power on the bottled water equipment. 

7.Turn on the main unit and press the liquid feed button.

8.Rinse the bottled water filling head.

9.Turn on the spray, convey, and cover button. 

10.Rotate the production speed button of the bottled water equipment to keep the speed consistent with the speed of the bottle filling personnel. 

11.After the equipment is turned on, the operating status of the equipment needs to be checked, and no formal production can be carried out. 

12.In the production process, the quality of the finished product needs to be checked to confirm that the finished product meets the requirements before production can continue.
