Instructions:

Bottle washing: First fill the cleaning water tank with water, insert the bottle to be washed into the bottle washing position, press the bottle washing start switch, and the device will automatically start the bottle washing work to reach the set cleaning time (the user can Adjust the cleaning time and control it by the time controller in the electric control box) After the filling machine stops the cleaning work, you can enter the filling station to perform the filling work.

Note: When more than 60 bottles are cleaned or the water in the water tank is dirty, please replace the water in the water tank in time.

Filling: Push the cleaned bottle to the filling station, confirm that the filling water inlet valve has been opened, start the switch, the equipment will automatically start the filling work, and the capping work will be performed after the set filling time.

Capping: Push the filled bottle to the capping position, and the cap will be automatically placed on the mouth of the bottle. At this point, the complete filling line is complete.

Maintenance: Please make sure the water tank is full or the water inlet valve is open before washing or filling. During maintenance, please turn off the power and enter the water source to avoid causing equipment and personal injury.
