Fully automatic barrel water filling machine adopts AC380V / 220V-50HZ AC power source and reliable performance, programmable control system with simple operation and convenient maintenance, and air control system. The entire process of bottle washing, filling and capping is performed in a closed tunnel.

Bottle washing part: The bottle washing part is composed of a bottle washing transmission mechanism, a bottle holder, a bottle washing pump, a medicine tank, a pure water bottle and a filling pump, a bottle washing driving cylinder and the like.

Filling part: The filling part is composed of a bottle pushing cylinder, a bottle pushing mechanism, a bottle pushing roller, a filling valve, a processing cap motor, a processing cap mechanism, a pressing mechanism, and the like.

Electrical part: The electrical part consists of a programmable controller, an AC contactor, and a time relay.

Air pressure part: Air pressure part is composed of air cylinder, pneumatic solenoid valve and pneumatic control cabinet.
