Operation method of barrel water filling machine

View before use:

   Before starting, ensure the power supply of the barrel water filling machine equipment and the grounding wire of the machine case;

   Ensure the air pressure above the filling machine, check whether the motors, bearings, etc. need to be lubricated. It is forbidden to run without oil. Turn on the machine only after normal, and observe whether all liquid storage tanks have materials, whether the electric board is stuck, and the conveyor belt. Whether there is debris, whether there is a bottle cap on the storage cap track, whether the water source, power source and air source are connected, and whether the fasteners in each part are loose. Only after the operation of each part is stable, can the operation be started.

Check before starting:

   After all the work is ready, turn on the main power again, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator is on, and the emergency stop indicator is off, then the starting conditions are available. After the three-tone early warning, the whole machine started to run. After entering the external washing, scouring and filling full-automatic working modes, the stop button can be pressed at the filling place and the control box during shutdown. The main power should be turned off after the shutdown.

Check whether the device is public:

    Ensure that the valve of the reaction tank and the pipeline of the filter device are tightly connected, the filter cloth of the filter device is intact and not damaged, and the lid is covered with a tightening bolt to ensure that there is no leakage under no pressure in the package;

   Check all connection lines related to the barrel water filling machine equipment to ensure that there are no defects such as broken skins and short circuits.

Safety rules for use of barrel water filling equipment:

1. No foreign matter in barrel water filling equipment (such as tools, cloth strips, etc.) ;

2. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. when cleaning to prevent strong acids and strong corrosion ;

3. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it. Do not approach the machine with other tools or other objects;

4. All protective objects should be safe and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to wear objects that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, etc.) ;

5. Do not wash the electrical unit with water and other liquids;

6. People with long hair should wear a hood ;

7. The filling machine is not allowed to make abnormal noises. If there is any, stop the machine immediately and check the reason;

8. Do not allow personnel unrelated to operation to approach the equipment.
