1.Inspection before use:

It is strictly forbidden to run without oil, the machine can only be opened after normal, and observe whether the fasteners in all parts are loose, and can be used normally after the operation of each part is stable. Check the safety facilities for abnormalities.

2.Daily maintenance of barrel water filling machine:

       When the machine is running, you need to check whether the motor is running normally, whether the programs are running normally, whether the production environment is normal, whether the cooling system is abnormal, whether there is abnormal vibration during the production process, and abnormal sounds.

3.Regular maintenance of equipment:

       When inspecting barreled water equipment, ensure that the equipment stops running, and that it can be inspected and periodically inspected. Check the cooling system regularly for abnormalities and clean the air filter regularly. Regularly tighten and strengthen. Due to the effects of vibration and temperature changes, screws, bolts and other fasteners will loosen and tighten them. Periodically inspect the conductors and insulation resistance, cooling fans, smoothing capacitors, and relays for inspection and replacement.
