Membrane element storage:
Before loading the membrane element into the pressure vessel, do not open the sealed package, store it in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Device of membrane element:
Before installing membrane elements, ensure that the system is now cleaned.
When the membrane element is installed in the system, it is necessary to properly lubricate the O-rings and concentrated water seals. Silicon-based glue or 50% glycerin solution can be used to prevent the use of grease, oil, vaseline or petroleum compounds.
The water treatment equipment will eliminate the gap when the membrane elements are loaded into the pressure vessel one by one by participating in the gasket at the end plate of the pressure vessel to prevent the membrane elements from moving in the pressure vessel during system startup and shutdown, and the membrane elements can be lowered together Possibility of leakage at outer joints.
Erosion of new film:
The new system should be thoroughly washed after loading the membrane elements, and the impurities, solvents and protective liquids in the system should be thoroughly cleaned. When water is used for drinking, flush for at least 24 hours.
Matters needing attention when starting and running the system:
Before starting the water treatment equipment, the concentrated water valve should be kept completely open. When the system is started, the concentrated water valve can be closed slowly to make the system reach the set recovery rate. Do not start the equipment when the concentrated water valve is closed.
During the operation of the system, the valve on the water production pipeline cannot be closed at any time (including the pre-startup of the system, normal operation, flushing and chemical cleaning).
Before high-pressure operation, low-pressure scouring is performed through a soft-start mechanism or variable frequency speed regulation to exhaust air.
Special attention items:
Make sure that the turbidity of the feed water is less than 1.0NTU or SDI15 is less than 5, the temperature of the water is less than 45 ℃, and the incoming water does not contain harmful substances that may cause physical damage to the membrane and chemical damage.
The residual chlorine content of the membrane element in the feed water must not exceed 0.05mg / L at any time, otherwise it will cause oxidative damage to the membrane element.
Tips: When using reverse osmosis equipment, we must pay attention to the cleaning and protection of the reverse osmosis membrane to reduce the equipment failure rate and compete for the maximum benefit.
