Quartz sand filter :

Quartz sand filter mainly removes suspended solids, colloids, sediment, clay, rot plants, particulate matter and other impurities in water, reduces the turbidity of water, achieves the purpose of water quality clarification, and protects reverse osmosis membrane. 

Activated carbon filter :

Activated carbon filter mainly uses a large number of functional groups such as hydroxyl (hydroxyl) and hydroxyl groups on the surface of activated carbon to chemically adsorb substances of various properties, remove odor, organic matter, colloid, iron and residual chlorine in water, and reduce the color of water. Degree, turbidity, reduce pollution to the reverse osmosis system.

Precision filter:

 The 5 micron PP meltblown filter element is used to protect the RO membrane by removing the particles of more than 5 micrometers that have not been removed by the pretreatment system and intercepting the filter material lost by the first three filtration procedures.

 Introduction to reverse osmosis system:

 The reverse osmosis system mainly comprises a multi-stage high-pressure pump, a reverse osmosis membrane element, a membrane shell (pressure vessel), a bracket and the like. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water, so that the effluent meets the requirements of use.

Reverse osmosis system maintenance ：

1. Do a good job in daily water quality testing and equipment operation parameters recording, and find abnormalities and solve them in time. Timely detection and recording of important parameters such as pure water conductance, pressure at each point, and flow rate of incoming and outgoing water.

2. Regularly add regenerant to the salt tank, and set the regeneration time according to the actual situation of the site and the amount of water produced. Usually added once every 3-4 days. (Manufacturers provide special regenerants).

3. Replace the precision filter element in time. (usually changed once every 3-6 months).

4.  Wipe the machine often and keep the equipment clean.

5. Always check the pipeline for water leakage and solve it in time.

6. Should ensure the normal water supply and supply of equipment, such as special circumstances, power outages need to re-adjust the equipment time, especially after the power outage, the regeneration time needs to be reset, prohibiting unrelated personnel from touching the button of the electronic control part and the valve part of the pipeline part, Prevent misuse and prevent the device from working properly.
