Please prevent pressure shock during operation, and reverse pressure is prohibited.
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of precision filter equipment exceeds 0.05Mpa or the flow rate is significantly reduced, please consider replacing the filter element.
When the precision filter is temporarily inactive, do not cool the filter, but soak it in an appropriate sterilization solution, or inject the sterilization solution into the housing. Wash the sterilization solution before reuse.
When steam sterilizing a precision filter, first drain the condensate from the steam pipe.
When the steam pressure does not exceed 0.1 MPa, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter does not exceed 0.015 MPa.
When steam sterilizing a wet filter, the filtered liquid must be discharged with clean compressed air before passing through the steam. Otherwise, the passage of steam can damage the filter.
The general loss of the equipment components of the precision filter production line is relatively fast. Because it is the first water filtration process, it is said that the life of the reverse osmosis membrane is protected by the element filtration. Because the cost of the element is lower than the cost of the reverse osmosis membrane, the element is manufactured The original precision filter material is more suitable.
