Brief Introduction

This machine is composed of Rinsing-(Big Size) Fruit Pulp Filling-Juice Filling-Capping; The Pulp filling system adopts piston technology, So the machine is suitable for bigger size fruit pulp filling. We also have technology for normal size fruit pulp juice filling by 3-in -1 Mono- block machine. All the machine part which contact with liquid is high quality stainless steel 304. The relative fittings are from international famous brand.The automatic 4 in 1 juice filling machine was equipped with suspension type air conveyor and frequency control of motor speed.

Automatic Juice With Pulp Hot Filling Machine adopt Rinsing / Pulp Filling / Juice Filling / Capping 4-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304/ SUS316.

Washing Part

Washing Part:

1. Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with Bottle dial.

2. All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.

3. 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.

Juice Filling Part

Juice Filling Part:

1. 304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle

2. Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling

3. All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean

4. Efficient spray nozzle rinse thoroughly and save water for flushing

Capping Part

Capping Part:

1. The capping head applies a constant magnetic torque device to secure capping quality and prevent damage to the bottle cap.

2. Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

4. Capping effect is stable and reliable, Defective rate ≤0.2％

Cooling Tank

Cooling Tank:

1. Durable Type 304 stainless steel inner liner polished to a No. 4 sanitary finish.

2. Prime-painted carbon steel outer jacket.

3. Ladder with a platform for access to inlet and vent.

4. Stainless steel front head with 10-inch cylinder band (recommended for bulkheading) or stainless steel jacket and leg

Three Layer Insulation Tank

Three Layer Insulation Tank:

1. It is widely applied in beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries.

2. Our mixing tank can make according to customer's requirement for the structure, single-layer ,double-layer(jacket) and three-layer(insulation layer) or make limpet coil(inside or external ) to heat and cold.

3. The series of SS. Mixing tanks are made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L). All joints and inside is mirror finished without any dead angle and cleaned easily.

4. It consists of inner vessel, jacket and insulation with the configurations of agitator, CIP hole, Manhole, sight glass, thermometer etc

High Speed Blending Tank

High Speed Blending Tank:

1. Tank and tank with the same or different forms of head structure, in the form of a jacket or a single combination of different requirements noted in a device structure.

2. magnetic stirring device into a magnetic stirrer and under magnetic stirring on a magnetic stirrer suitable capacity (3-50m3) and large-torque device. Under magnetic stirring with capacity of less than (3m3) and equipment with high hygiene requirements.

3. cylinder 304 and 316L (optional). 5 level gauge with universal flat level gauge, level gauge glass, level gauge static pressure sensor, ultrasonic level meter for selection.
